Paul Hamm was the first United States male gymnast to win a world all around title in 2004, and to go on to win an Olympic all around title in the 2004 Olympics. After the Olympics, he and twin brother, Morgan Hamm decided to take some time off to enjoy college at the Ohio State University. He then announced he would retire but decided to return in 2007 with his eyes on the gold for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

BIO: Paul Hamm was the first United States male gymnast to win a world all around title in 2004, and to go on to win an Olympic all around title in the 2004 Olympics. After the Olympics, he and twin brother, Morgan Hamm decided to take some time off to enjoy college at the Ohio State University. He then announced he would retire but decided to return in 2007 with his eyes on the gold for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Unfortunately, he injured his hand while competing in Nationals in 2008. He had surgery and was confirmed that once to 80% recovered, he could be on the Olympic team. However, one week later, he announced he would not be joining the team in Beijing due to a shoulder injury while trying to compensate for his hand.

Again, Paul Hamm retired after the Beijing Olympics but has announced a comeback again in hopes he will make the 2012 team.  Paul Hamm is sponsored by Visa and is available for sporting events, public speaking and autograph signings.
